FirstLIGHT Technical Services was founded in 2004 to bring professional, courteous service to home and small business computer users. Our mission is to make the computer an easy to use productivity and communications tool. We seek to do this by educating people to fearlessly embrace technology, and focusing on personal interaction.

The technical specialists at FirstLIGHT Technical Services have a wide range and depth of experience in the high-tech industry. Based in the heart of California’s Silicon Valley, our specialists have a combined total of nearly thirty years in the hardware and the software industry, with vast experience in a wide range of hardware platforms and software applications. All of our specialists started out as design or software engineers, with roles working closely with customers.
